FOR BUYERS

Step 1: Create an Account

• Verify your account and log in
• Access your dashboard to manage orders and deliveries

Step 2: Browse Products

• Explore products from multiple independent vendors
• View prices, product details, vendor information, and shipping options
• Compare products before making a purchase

Step 3: Place an Order

• Add items to your cart
• Enter accurate delivery details
• Review shipping costs and delivery timelines
• Make secure payment via our supported payment methods

Step 4: Order Processing

• Payment is confirmed
• Vendor prepares your order
• For imported goods, sourcing and procurement begins
• Order is handed over to logistics partners for delivery

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped locally or internationally depending on the product
• Tracking details are provided where available
• Customs clearance applies to imported items
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipping method

Step 6: Receive Your Order

• Inspect your items upon delivery
• Confirm receipt through your dashboard
• Contact support within 48 hours if there is any issue

Step 7: Returns & Refunds (If Needed)

• Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery
• Provide evidence where required
• Approved refunds or replacements are processed in line with our Returns & Refund Policy

FOR VENDORS (SELLERS)

Step 1: Vendor Registration

• Apply to become a vendor on the platform
• Provide business and identity verification details
• Await approval from Kenehis Innovation

Step 2: List Your Products

• Upload product images and descriptions
• Set pricing, stock levels, and shipping options
• Ensure compliance with platform and legal standards

Step 3: Receive Orders

• Get notified when customers place orders
• Prepare and package items professionally
• Hand over items to approved logistics partners

Step 4: Order Fulfillment

• Ensure timely shipment
• Update order status
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally

Step 5: Payments & Payouts

• Payments are securely processed
• Vendor payouts are made according to the payout schedule
• Transaction history is available in your vendor dashboard

IMPORTATION & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Products may be sourced from global markets
• International orders may be shipped via air or sea freight
• Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply
• Buyers are responsible for applicable import charges unless stated otherwise

QUALITY CONTROL & SUPPORT

• Vendors are verified before onboarding
• Kenehis Innovation may assist with dispute mediation
• Customer support is available to assist buyers and vendors

SECURITY & TRUST

• Secure payment processing
• Data protection in line with NDPR
• Fraud prevention and monitoring systems
